At Este Medical we offer two forms of nose jobs. The first is a simple non-surgical nose job where the use of dermal fillers create impressive temporary rhinoplasty UK before and after results. The second is a surgical procedure carried out by our first-rate surgeons at our sister clinic in Turkey.
When you choose to have rhinoplasty work, it may be purely for cosmetic reasons, or you may be looking to improve health-related issues caused by an irregular structure within your nose. This may be resulting in sleep apnoea or sinus problems – whatever the reason, we’re here to help.

Your nose recovers in stages post-surgery. The first stage of recovery lasts around 7-10 days, after that it can take around 6-8 weeks for nose tissue to fully weld back together to the point where it is firm and sturdy. Full recovery can take around 12 months.
Most surgical rhinoplasty work is carried out in two hours or less.
Nose surgery is carried out under general anaesthetic, so you won’t feel a thing while the procedure is happening. Afterwards, you may feel a certain amount of pain or discomfort as the nose gets used to its new structure. However, most clients don’t report high levels of pain post procedure.
Rhinoplasty is a significant procedure, and you should make sure you don’t rush yourself to get back into everyday activities – especially if they are usually physical and demanding. Give yourself time to heal, and by around 5-7 days post-surgery, you should be able to resume work. It’s best to take things slowly in order to allow your nose to heal properly.
